About us

Ilayci was founded in 2024 because I was faced with the fact that it is difficult to find high-quality and affordable clothing, hijabs and hijab accessories. During the founding of Ilayci, you were central to my ideas and I wanted to express this in my brand name. Ilayci is an Arabic word, you pronounce it as Ileejki, in Arabic you write it as اليكي and it means for you!  

As a Muslim woman with a family I was looking for comfortable clothing and hijabs for every season. I also wanted to have a nice and extensive collection without it costing a fortune!  

Securing my hijab also turned out to be a struggle. The endless sliding of the well-known hijab pins, the damaged hijabs, the skin allergies caused and the falling apart of hijab magnets motivated me to develop a better alternative for this.
