Washing and drying instructions
To wash
H ijab : Hand wash the rayon hijab in cold water or machine wash on a gentle cycle with a maximum temperature of 30°C. Use a mild detergent to protect the fabric.
Undercap : The undercap can be washed in the washing machine on a gentle cycle, also at a maximum of 30°C.
Drying
H ijab : Hang the hijab to dry. Avoid direct sunlight as this can fade the colour. Do not use a dryer as the heat can damage the fabric.
Bottom cap : Hang the bottom cap or use a low temperature in the dryer.
Steaming
Hijab : Use a steamer on low temperature to remove wrinkles and keep the fabric supple.
Under cap : Steaming is usually not necessary, but can be done at a low temperature if desired.
Avoid Bleach
For both the hijab and the undercap: Do not use bleach or harsh chemicals to maintain the quality of the fabrics.
Don't Hang Out Twisting
For the hijab : Avoid wringing to prevent deformation. Carefully hang the garment to dry.
